Tan Lin, author of Insomnia and the Aunt, is teaching a class this October at the Museum of Modern Art in New York.

Working with award-winning poet Tan Lin, examine poetry and its relations to technological platforms, software, atmospheric conditions, events, architectural enclosures, and the Museum. While most writing classes work to contain the literary, this class works to erase the distinction between literature and the non-literary. Along with creating your own poems, you will participate in the filming of the project and explore a broad range of high- and low-tech approaches to poetic expression.
